Some of my kids and friends think that should be past tense. Especially with my latest decision to move again. They can see no reason to change. They may be right. I have a lovely apartment at Ridgemont Terrace Senior Living. I'm comfortable here. And even though my tomato crop is lacking at least I have tomatoes. Bunches. All tiny and all green. I only have one planter and two small pots and they haven't withered and died yet, so there is hope. Maybe I'll have a lot of bigger tiny green tomatoes in another month.
Life has been good. I am walking distance to see Charlie-Rook and go as often as I can. So why the move?
I'm not going very far. Actually the new apartment is in the older of the two RT buildings. The difference is it has some larger spaces and a skosh more storage room. I will be able to de-clutter some of the spaces I have. I also have a better view. the same view of Life Care next door where Charlie-Rook lives. The difference is I will be looking out at trees and gardens instead of the delivery driveway to Life Care. You gotta love those guys from WM who sound their back up beepers as they leave the lo-o-ng driveway in the wee hours.
I will still have the same wonderful neighbors-the place isn't that big. I hope I never get the urge to move again in the new future. However my kids already know I'm a little crazy so they aren't holding their breath!
