The Mandevilles picked me up and then we got Bernice at Stafford Suites and met the Luce's at Bethel Square Cafe. I got busy after breakfast and put a few more things away. then it was time for lunch. Laverne Murley showed me where the activity room is and helped me get started on the treadmill. I've decided to work out on it for 15-20 minutes a day until I get toned up before I go outside and start walking up Pottery Avenue. It's been pretty nice outside but I don't feel quite up to walking out there until I'm more sure of myself. It will happen.

Saw Margie Hunsaker this afternoon. they are doing some remodeling on her apartment. It's nice, but I think I like the one I'm in I especially like being on the ground floor. Rich stopped by after having supper with Charlie Rook. Susie is going over tonight to give her dad a manicure and then she'll stop by here for a minute. That's another benefit of living here. The kids can check us both out in one visit without driving dozens of miles.

Melissa is on the mend and so is Phyllis so that makes me feel better tonight. Happy Wear Red Day. I did.

Sounds like the Pottery Ave place suits you to a "T". I like ground floor, too. Can you see out a window when you're on the treadmill, and pretend you're walking outdoors? I always put my trampoline in front of a window. No snow here now, just rain.
